The Apron Community Garden in Shoreham-By-Sea offers a diverse range of inclusive community sessions, workshops, events, and volunteering opportunities.
Free Craft and Nature Session
Tuesday 17th Feb, combining our usual weekly arts and craft and nature school workshops.
We’ll be making bird feeders (bring a plastic milk bottle!), prepping the beds for spring planting, making a dead hedge and much more!

Previous Event - Introduction to Willow Weaving
Sussex Craft Week 2025 was the first edition of a new festival of craft to celebrate Sussex’s place as the hub of contemporary craft revival, and the home of heritage craft. It was be held 14-22 June 2025, in venues across East and West Sussex.
Apron Community Garden took part with local artist and maker Anna Twinam Cauchi who demonstrated the uses of willow as a heritage craft material.
